WALK THROUGH

Our Design/Build process can be easily explained by breaking it down into four phases of custom home building. The first step in any project is the Discovery Phase. It's here that we meet with you and determine exactly what you're looking for. Through this initial consultation, we are able to discuss all of your needs and desires, outline an initial budget, and make sure everyone's on the same page.

The Design Phase is next. During this phase, our designers and engineers start putting an initial floor plan on paper and remain open to any feedback or input that you may have. As the preliminary plans start to come together, our team works with you to create a list of any "must haves" or "absolutely nots" when it comes to finishing details and requirements.

Once a solid direction has been agreed upon, we commit to a floor plan design and front elevation, so we can start on the next phase of our Design/Build process, the Contract Phase. It is here that you sign on the dotted line, agreeing on the blueprints and specified details that have been carefully discussed and decided upon. At this point, it's time for congratulations as you enter into a new home building contract.

The final phase of our Design/Build process is the Construction Phase, but there is still a lot to do before we begin general construction. We carefully schedule every step of the process and set deadlines to keep construction on track. Once we have everything planned out, we obtain the building permit and start construction on the home of your dreams. As construction progresses, we will keep you involved and seek feedback at critical junctions and for any unique touches that will make this house truly feel like home on move-in day.
